Due to the planned SPV’s merger (including HE 7R Gdańsk 1 SPV, HE 7R Gdańsk 2 SPV and PEC Gdańsk Kowale 4 SPV) and requirements of Commercial Companies Law Act (“Kodeks Spółek Handlowych”, Dz.U. 2000.9.1037 with further changes), below the Merging Plan established on 15th October 2019 is being published.
